Joel is currently residing in the city of Singapore where its summer all year round. Having just graduated with a diploma in Aviation Management and Services he intends to pursue a degree in Communication and media studies in 2017. Aspiring to be part of the National Geographic team in the future, he plans to immerse himself with the different cultures of the world through backpacking and adventure.

Having spent parts of his childhood studying at Beijing, Joel has had the chance of experiencing both local and international education. In 2012, Joel picked up his first DSLR camera and began his journey into the world of photography. Over the years of his polytechnic studies, he has picked up skills in multiple forms of photography such as lomography, film and mobile.

His interest in writing sparked during his internship at Cathay Pacific Airways, when he was tasked to do a short write up of a community service event. It was then when he realized how enjoyable it is to document down his memories.  Ever since, he has set his heart to create a lifestyle blog to  continue documenting his life in both pictures and words.
